Symptoms can grow and worsen with time, and if they are not properly dealt with through the use of rest, recovery, physical therapy, and anti-inflammatory medication, they can require surgery depending on the severity.
The easiest way to avoid symptoms and issued with herniated discs is to maintain proper physical shape before the problem occurs, so that your body does not become overloaded or imbalanced and experience the need for a herniated disc to cope with the problem.
